The Lumo Club DJ Chart
One of the best things about the return of autumn is how welcoming the season is for going out for a late-night dance. With less festivals to distract, club nights can come into their own.
Lumo Club is 12 this month and while we have plans for a 1st birthday in October, but meanwhile, September comes with birthday celebrations of DJs and club friends and a clutch of great tunes to play.
Lumo happens in Yamamori Tengu on Friday 23rd instead of Saturday this month and limited cheap tickets are left on sale via Eventbrite. There’ll be tickets on the door at €10 too but they are usually gone shortly after midnight.
Lumo is a club for dancing to tunes of all-sorts, from Phil Collins to Caribou, from Shalamar to Shamir, from Beastie Boys to Beats International, John Talabot to Johnny Cash.
Every month, our three Lumo DJs Niall, Simon and Gav chalk up five tunes each that we are are itching to play at the club and here are this month’s selections in a Spotify playlist.
Check out the Lumo Club chart.
