Hugely impressive but only 1 minute 43 seconds long? Odd. Kanye tweeted – “It’s not a video, it’s a moving painting!!!” so there. it’s actually more like those weird kaleidoscopic screensavers that used to be really popular in the late ’90s. It was directed by Canadian artist Marco Brambilla and takes inspiration from Michelangelo’s frescos in the Sistine Chapel.
