Conor O’Brien also has a lyric book out this September.

Coming off the back of new album That Golden Time, and a recent outdoor Trinity Summer Series show, Villagers will play3Olympia Theatre on 8th December 2024.

Support is from Canadian musician, Arcade Fire collaborator and violinist Owen Pallett.


Tickets from €35.15 plus fees go on sale this Friday at 10am via Ticketmaster.ie.

A Villagers Lyric book

O’Brien is also releasing a new book of his lyrics entitled Passing A Message. The book contains the lyrics to over 80 songs, with artwork and photographs, along with previously unseen notebook lyric drafts and drawings curated by Conor J. O’Brien.  Presented as a full-colour hardback book, with a unique glow-in-thedark cover.


A special event featuring Conor O’Brien in conversation with Jim Carroll and playing an acoustic session is happening at Chapters on Thursday September 12th.
