Other Voices music trail & church timetable
Other Voices have announced their timetable for the music trail & church recordings, as listed below. I’m DJing on Friday night in An Droiched Beag at midnight.
The festival app Muddy is also available with the timetable and reminders from iTunes & Google Play.
With 65 bands playing around the town including special guests, A Music Trail west around Slea Head, Jim Carroll’s Banter session and an exhibition, it’s looking busy and that doesn’t even include the regular church where tickets are like gold dust (80 total) and the lineup recorded for the TV show looks like this:
Friday 2nd December
Caoimhin O’ Raghallaigh & Cormac Begley
Margaret Glapsy
Kojey Radical
Pixie Geldof
Saturday 3rd December
Imelda May
Lisa Hannigan
Girl Band
Rejjie Snow
Sunday 4th December
Saint Sister
All Tvvins
Rusangano Family
Le Galaxie
The St. James’ Church recordings will be hosted by BBC Radio 1’s Huw Stephens, Dublin born/London made DJ and broadcaster Annie Mac and Fight Like Ape’s leading light May Kay.
This year’s performances in Dingle will be cut together with recordings from the recent Other Voices Austin sessions. Artists who took part in Other Voices Texas include Willie Nelson, Mumford and Sons, Conor Oberst, Cage the Elephant, Gregory Porter, Colm Mac Con Iomaire, Wild Child and a host of others.
