Yamamori Tengu are putting on some sit-down jazz shows this September and October
Yamamori Tengu is one of the best club spaces in the city, and this month and next, they’ll be doing something different outside of the DJ booth in the space off the Hapenny Bridge on Great Strand Street.
Tengu Jazz is a series of 4-sit down shows featuring live jazz bands mid-week September 21st, 28th, October 13th and 27th.
Acts including Andrea Jones Quartet, Fixity, Five to Two, the Lynch/Howard/Donohue/Scully Quartet along with all-vinyl sets from Jio, Queen Beatz, Emmy Shigeto and Laetitia.
There will be a tailored drink, sushi & gyoza menu on the night, which is partly funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
