THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 27TH

Garageland @ Crane Lane Theatre (8pm, €13.50)
Alt-rockers The Bounty and doom lads Dirty Casuals are among the artists playing the monthly RTE 2XM-affliated showcase gig.

The Lost Brothers @ DeBarra’s of Clonakilty (9pm, €12.50)
Ex-747s/The Basement duo continue their ongoing touring with the first of two West Cork dates.

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 28TH

The Lost Brothers @ Connolly’s of Leap (8pm, €17.50)
Leech and McCausland take on the second date of a West Cork excursion with a trip under the hammers to Connolly’s.

Bhailiú & ROAM @ The Roundy (9pm, €8)
A double-dose of live techno, including the final (for now) appearance of improvisers Bhailiú, with a full-band set.

Jon Barry & Darren Li @ Dali (10pm, €10)
Techno and house all night with the Dali regulars.

O Emperor @ Coughlan’s (11pm, free)
The first gig of the weekend for Coughlan’s Live Music Festival (that hasn’t sold out) sees O Emperor begin their farewell tour.

Weiss @ Cyprus Avenue (11pm, €15)
Chicago-inspired house veteran returns to the upstairs venue on Caroline Street.

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 29TH

Luka Bloom & Conor O’Sullivan @ Coughlan’s (3pm, €20)
World-travelled folk veteran comes to the back room on Douglas Street as part of Coughlan’s Live Music Festival.

BEOGA @ Live at St. Luke’s (7.30pm, €20)
Crossover trad outfit headlines at the big church on the crossroads.

Under a Plastic Cloud @ The Roundy (9pm, free)
Dancing shoes on for Cork’s only all-Sixties alternative and psychedelic night, please.

Jam Baxter & Sammy B-Side @ The Poor Relation (9pm, €12)
The Cuttin’ Heads lads bring the High Focus Records legends to the Poor Relation for their monthly hip-hop night.

Lavosti @ Cyprus Avenue (10pm, €10)
Kenyan singer heads up a night of reggae and dub from the Revelation Sound System lads.

Vinyl Below @ Dali (10pm, €tbc)
House/techno night celebrates its fourth anniversary with a special excursion upstairs on Carey’s Lane.

The Bonk @ Coughlan’s (10.30pm, free)
Space-faring psychedelic improvisers close out the second night of Coughlan’s Live Music Festival in a free show. Silent Disco out in the beer garden, too, kicking off at 11.

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 30TH

Transatlantic soul lads bring CLMF ’18 to a close, after a hectic year of gigging and an album launch.
