TUESDAY JUNE 20TH:

Be My Guest @ Cyprus Avenue (11pm, €8 per night)
The first night of a three-night residency for BMG Audio and hand-picked guest DJs, happening through Thursday night. In full: 20th: Rory De Nógla, Xero, Eoghan O’Shea; 21st: Aoife O’Neill, Bruming, Rich Murphy; 22nd: Jason Busteed, Looptown

WEDNESDAY JUNE 21ST:

Babylon Fusion @ The Sextant (5.30, free)
Described as a “fusion pop-up”, worldly beat-hawk Jive Al-Mestizo serves up tunes from all over the place, while Ivory Tower chef Seamus O’Connell takes over the quayside venue’s kitchen to deliver eclectic bites.

THURSDAY JUNE 22ND:

#CorkLovesMusic: #AllAboutLive @ The Poor Relation (8pm, free in/limited space at the door)
Speakers Simon Merriman (Aiken), Louise Tangney (Vantastival), Emma Kelly (Merakindie) and Jonathan Pearson (Crash Ensemble) are joined by Saint Caoilian, Outsider Yp and Gadget & the Cloud for a Cork Midsummer Festival edition of #CorkLovesMusic. Booked out in advance, very limited space at the door. First come, first served.

Sculpting Air @ National Sculpture Factory (8pm, €10)
Artist Robert Curgenven places the audience at the centre of the intricate relationship between sound and location, and between people and air, showcasing material from 2016 album ‘Climata’ – sculpting the air via an impressive surround sound system placed around the audience.

Laurie Shaw & The Swamp People @ Gulpd Cafe (9pm, TBC)
The long goodbye to the nucleus of Cork’s young creative community continues, with lo-fi popstar Laurie Shaw bringing his band to the imminently-closing Tobin St. venue. Support from psych/shoegazers The Sunshine Factory and DJ set from Under a Plastic Cloud.

FRIDAY JUNE 24TH:

Fleece & Friends @ Cyprus Avenue (10.30pm, €7)
Leeside house outfit returns to Cyprus Avenue after a quick personnel change, with guests kicking proceedings off relatively early.

SATURDAY JUNE 25TH:

Sirius Arts Centre Fundraiser @ Sirius Arts Centre, Cobh (7.30pm, €40)
Sirius Arts Centre is a multi-disciplinary arts organisation that is housed in a beautiful Italiante building designed by Anthony Salvin in 1854 to house the Royal Cork Yacht Club – the oldest in the world. Salvin was best known for his restoration work on Windsor Castle and the Tower of London. This is the only example of his work in Ireland. The line-up for the evening includes performance artist Natasha Bourke, music from cellist Eimear Reidy and the band the Barefoot Gypsies, followed by tunes from DJ Fiasco.

SUNDAY JUNE 25TH:

DJ Moschops & Cuttin’ Heads Collective @ The Vicarstown Bar (4pm, free)
DJ Moschops is a DJ, producer and turntablist with 20 years in the game. In that time, he’s done the bucket-list of labels and collaborators: Alkalinear Recordings, Synapsid Studios, Neil Bucannon, Urban Intelligence, Costello, Lewis James, Valance Drakes among others.
