It’s all quiet around here as we’re putting the finishing touches to our first issue of State Magazine. We still found time to record our first State Podcast (not to be confused with our State Mix Series) which takes the format of an informal round-table discussion. Guests Ham Sandwich join us to tell us about their Meteor win along with Tanya Sweeney, Phil Udell and our presenter JJ Worrall.
Have a listen
Myself and Eefs will be recording the next nialler9 Podcast as soon as I can find the time!

Congrats to HS. I do not rate the Meteors at all especially after Aslan winning best live act. Surely Fight Like Apes, Channel One, SEBP should have been in this category.
congrats to ham sandwich too, it’s been a while coming for them
Channel One will have a big year methinks.
Looking forward to Slate No.1. Anyone know about the whereabouts of Foggy Notions? Or if Slate will have mix CDs with their issues? Still listen to Donal Dineen’s FN compilation religiously
Hi Eoin,
Dunno how this confusion arises but it’s STATE with a T!
Foggy Notions is apparently going online..
State won’t be doing MIX CDs with the mag as we’re doing mixes, mp3s and podcasts on the website state.ie

Is the girl from the Sandwich really that small, or are the lads really that tall?
