The Nialler9 weekly Dublin gig guide

A list of recommended events taking place over the next seven days in Dublin.

Festival highlight this week is the Body & Soul Festival in Westmeath. In the city, the all-day Popical Island Extravaganza will see a gazillion bands playing upstairs in Whelan’s for free on Saturday while the night before, State vs. Thumped sees Le Galaxie, The Ambience Affair, Feed the Bears play The Mercantile for also for free. There’s a great mix from Dublin Tropical below as they celebrate their first birthday on Friday.
