NI folk artist & singer-songwriter Lilla Vargen has come out with a powerful message around the Irish housing crisis.
‘Why Wait’ is her new single. It, plus the video directed by TJ O’Grady Peyton, make for a sombre reflection on the current state of homelessness in our small nation.
Vargen had the following to say on the matter.
“We made this video to highlight the housing crisis in Ireland. I feel this topic should be in conversation more now than ever. I have had many talks with people in this position, and it’s still difficult for me to imagine how hard it must be sitting there on the streets day by day, being ignored.”
