Annuals album release
Just a quick reminder to all who were impressed with the Annuals songs posted here (and all over the blogosphere) a few months ago, to tell you that their debut album Be He Me is out now. It’s one of my favourite releases of the year so it’s worth the reminding. For all my brouhaha about the song “Brother” it’s the album’s second track “Dry Clothes” I’ve been listening to more. It hardly matters though as the album is one of those cheerful uplifting records with enough uniqueness about it to separate them from initial comparisons to Animal Collective and Broken Social Scene.
It’s hard to believe the singer is only 20 years of age, isn’t it?
