A festival that values wellness at its core, the Body & Soul offering at the Sanctuary is expanding this year. The Sanctuary is Body & Soul’s cornerstone and acclaimed wellness space, featuring wood fired saunas, tribal spirit drumming, kirtan and yoga salons and an extensive array of holistic therapies including thai massage, aromatherapy, indian head massage and reflexology. Adding to the offering of quieter spaces is the new Solas stage, where festival goers can reset and relax with a healing sound bath, breathwork journey, yoga flow, engage in the communal and ancient art of storytelling with Seanchoíche or a set of bespoke ambient evening interludes with The Longest Light.
Food On Board, Ireland’s first Circular food court, presents a brand new stage Breaking Bread, where conversation, workshops, feasts and tantalising tastings take place, while the Cabin In The Woods is a treasure trove worth exploring to find the sounds to keep you moving all night long. For Hendrick’s gin & tonic enthusiasts, prepare to experience a brand new space to sip in the botanical filled walled-gardens, where sublime dressing is coupled with playfully peculiar characters and personalities providing refreshing encounters to festival goers over the weekend at the Pavilion Of The Peculiar.
The original immersive festival innovator, rooted in sustainability, committed to inclusivity and diversity, with a twelve-year legacy of success, Body & Soul is renowned for pushing boundaries, creating unique experiences and going the extra mile to create an unrivalled weekend of music, arts & wellbeing. With sustainability behind everything Body & Soul does, this year the festival will keep numbers at just 5,000 weekend tickets that are all assigned to Leave No Trace Camping, for a boutique and intimate, yet respectful and community driven weekend for those seeking adventure and discovery.
