Win tickets to Body&Soul Festival
I’ve called Body&Soul Festival one of the best festivals in Ireland in the past and the allure of the event at Ballinlough Castle is clear. It’s a festival with a considered lineup and offerings in the mediums of food, conversation, installations and site layout. It’s a festival for sounders, by sounders.
This year’s lineup features their most eclectic music lineup yet from the avant-garde Venezuelan electronic producer Arca, a whole stage curated by Fever Ray on the Friday night, a performance from the best thing I’ve seen all year so far in Jon Hopkins, the psychedelic global-reaching style of James Holden and the Spirit Animals, the groundbreaking low-end of Fatima Al Qadiri, the dozen strong female Icelandic rappers Reykjavíkurdætur, the singing craicfest Sing Along Social, along with some of the best Irish artists around from the Choice Music winners Ships, the folk duo of Saint Sister and Nialler9 regulars like Soulé, Le Boom, Daithí, Pillow Queens and stages curated by Mother, Maeve and Homebeat. Absolut’s area also hosts a closing set from our own Lumo Club as well on the Friday. Music non-stop.
June 22-24th is now a weekend away so if you’re thinking about committing to going to Body&Soul Festival this year, I have 2 pairs of tickets to giveaway to the festival. All you have to do is enter the widget below before Tuesday at noon.
