Choice Music Prize announces live acts

Eight of the ten acts nominated for this year’s RTÉ Choice Music Prize will play the live event, it has been announced.

The live event takes place in Vicar Street on March 7th and confirmed are:

  • John Francis Flynn
  • Kojaque
  • Lankum
  • Rachael Lavelle
  • The Murder Capital
  • Soda Blonde
  • Ezra Williams
  • CMAT

Due to touring commitments, The Scratch are unable to perform on the night.

Grian Chatten will not perform.

Tickets are running low and cost €33.15 plus fees from Ticketmaster.

The RTÉ Choice Music Prize is broadcast live on RTÉ 2FM in a special four-hour extended show with Beta Da Silva from 7-11pm. A special TV show will be broadcast on Thursday 14th March at 22.30 on RTÉ2.

The 10 shortlisted albums are:
