#CorkLovesMusic 2 announced
Following the first event in Coughlan’s Live in January, #CorkLovesMusic has announced the second in a series of talk and performance events, taking place throughout the year.
On the afternoon of the 27th, the newly-opened Bunker Vinyl & Studio plays host one-on-one music clinics with Angela Dorgan, CEO of First Music Contact. Open to the public, places are strictly limited, and application by email: [email protected].
On the evening of the 27th, on stage at the Village Hall vintage shop on Patrick’s Quay, #CorkLovesMusic will discuss music and media – the changing faces of music journalism and radio, the place of Irish artists in media both domestic & further afield, and media relations strategies for artists and producers. Joining us will be local music blogger The G-Man; DJ, blogger and promoter Siobhán Brosnan; writer and editor Jamie Coughlan, with more names to be announced, plus musical performances from Lowli, Spekulativ Fiktion & JusMe, and Circuits of Heaven.
