Elaine Mai - 'EDC'

Elaine Mai started out as a singer-songwriter who used loop pedals to achieve a desired fuller sound. As the past 24 months has progressed, Mai has delved further into the world of beats, both in a live context where her set can really get going and as a vocalist, as a remixer and most obviously on Le Galaxie’s ‘Love System’.

So with that all in mind, it’s no surprise that her new EP Known/Unknown will probably go further in that direction as can be heard on the decidedly electro-pop swerve of ‘EDC’ which is a sweet aural dedication to a loving partner. The single is on iTunes on February 10th.
