Elaine Mai has impressed lots of people with her vocals and live shows which utilise loop pedals to build repeating choral voice patterns and enable the Galway lady to create a multi-textured sound all on her own. Mai’s EP Dots is her first release to record those moments over four tracks. It’s released today and you can hear it all right here.
It’s launched tonight in the Roisin Dubh with a free Dublin gig happening on April 14th with support from Leanne Harte.
