Irish music radio station launches for St. Patrick’s celebrations this weekend

A temporary radio station called The Sound Of Ireland is kicking of an 8-day run from Saturday March 11th to Saturday March 18th to coincide with St. Patrick’s Day activities.

The station will be broadcasting on 94.3FM in Dublin, and online and through smart speakers also.

Acts like Pillow Queens, Chieftans, Fontaines D.C., U2, Sinead O’Connor, Dermot Kennedy are listed on the website as examples or the music output along with stories of Irish trailblazers who changed the worlds of music, sport, literature and science tooo.
