Jeff Mills, Leftfield, R&S Records added to free AVA Festival Conference
Belfast electronic festival AVA Festival has added some names to the conference part of its programming of workshops, panels and sessions in association with Output Belfast including Jeff Mills, Leftfield’s Neil Barnes, R&S Records founder Renaat Vandepapeliere, Native Instruments, Moxie, New Jackson and Resident Advisor.
Also lined up are panel discussions exploring the relationship between music and film with Sony’s main video commissioner Elizabeth Doonan, Good Vibration’s Glen Leyburn and a panel exploring the maximization of an artist output through utilising digital platforms, radio and royalty collection services, with Onloop founder & DJ Moxie plus more.
The Outlook Area includes Four Four Magazine will hosting a panel comparing and contrasting Northern and Southern Ireland’s licensing legislation and This Greedy Pig will facilitate discussion around the relationship between music makers and video directors. On top of this, industry leaders discuss the future of electronica, with Resident Advisor Head of Ticketing Saoirse Ryan.

AVA Festival takes place in T13 Titanic Docks in Belfast on June 2nd and 3rd. Weekend tickets are £60.
