The two tracks ‘Pilgrim’ and ‘Maiden’ set out Karen Marie Ørsted aka MØ, the 23 year-old Copenhagen singer as one to watch. She just played Eurosonic, the annual Dutch gathering where festival bookers sign up acts for the coming summer and according to Jim Carroll, she went down quite well. No surprise then, that ‘Glass’ is another slice of smart pop. Sounds like tropical festive pop to me.
