New Albums
SOPHIE – SOPHIE
The posthumous album from the groundbreaking electronic producer features close friends of the late producer, including Kim Petras, Doss, Hannah Diamond, Bibi Bourelly and more.
Rahim Redcar – HOPECORE
The artist Formerly known as Christine And The Queens’ new album was entirely written, produced, and mixed by Rahim following the 20-track epic opera PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE (2023) and Redcar les adorables étoiles (2022).
“Hopecore was made with tears, blood, and mostly an unwavering faith in the raw, pure expression of the soul. Music took here its full prophetic vastness, got wilder, and called for an absolute quest where no one else came in to tamper with intentions. A call of the flesh, a prayer for justice and freedom. Main vision achieved during mixing : a healing, metatronic purple grid”
Hayden Thorpe – Ness
Former Wild Beasts frontman returns with another solo record. The songs take their redacted cues freom the pages of best-selling author Robert Macfarlane’s book of the same name.
Ness is inspired by Suffolk’s Orford Ness, the former Ministry of Defence weapons development site during both World Wars and the Cold War. Acquired by the National Trust in 1993 and left to re-wild, it to this day remains a place of paradox, mystery and constant evolution. Thorpe’s Ness is an ode to Orford Ness, the physical place and the book it inspired, both featuring the words of Robert Macfarlane and the artwork of Stanley Donwood.
