In light of recent events, namely the post from artist Gary Ó’Nualláin which highlighted the morally bankrupt actions of certain gig promoters in Dublin city, a brand new unsigned Irish collective has been established.
😂 The joys of the arts. Where people can approach you and ask you to play at their event, but god forbid you expect to be compensated for your time. Funny how my social media numbers weren't an issue when he thought I was gonna play for free 🤔@forexposure_txt pic.twitter.com/U3tQTdWoB4

The collective aims to help bring musicians together, pool resources and help put an end to the dodgy dealings with pay-to-play promoters.
The first meeting and open-mic will take place on the 2nd of August at The Underground. It is, of course, open to any and all musicians who wish to attend. Event details can be found here.
