American jazz artist Robert Glasper has been announced a date for Whelans on 4th July 2017.
Tickets priced €33.50 go on sale Friday 31st March at 10am through Ticketmaster.ie & usual outlets nationwide.
Glasper was recently the subject of controversy after making sexist remarks about the female enjoyment of jazz and for referring to the “musical clitoris.”
