RTÉ Folk Awards 2025 nominees announced
The Radio 1 Folk Awards 2025 nominations have been announced.
Ahead of the live event in Vicar Street, the seventh of the awards, taking place on Wednesday 26th February.
The winners will be announced on the night hosted by RTÉ’s John Creedonand broadcast live on RTÉ Radio 1, with a television highlights programme on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player from Saturday 1st March.
Nominees include Róis, Lemoncello, Christy Moore, Joshua Burnside, Macdara Yeates, Lankum, Seamus Hyland, Alannah Thornburgh, Lemoncello, Niamh Bury and Ríoghnach Connolly.
