The Kilkenny duo of Solkatt, Leo Pearson and Peter Lawlor, have form in releasing electronic music on their Made Magnetic imprint, a recently new label for the “melodic end of dance music that will focus on regular releases that will be accompanied by remixes”.
When they’re not at that they’re recording under their own name or Replete.
The latest record on the label is the Gold Seal EP with three originals and two remixes by themselves, to be released on May 6th, and today we have a listen to the title track, a shimmering rave-electro track with vocal snatches and big synth lines, and jungle breakbeat drops.
