Talk Shop: Music - Fancy attending a music networking event this week?

Talk Shop: Music is a new music industry networking event taking place on Thursday in Dublin, Wexford Street’s Opium Room Garden from 7pm to 9pm. Here’s their spiel:

Sometimes all it can take is a quick chat, or a chance introduction to open the the door to something special. For a small country we punch well above our weight when it comes to the music industry, and perhaps just a smidgeon of that is down to our ability to network. With so many dedicated music professionals working day to day in Ireland we thought it would be a good idea to bring a sprinkling of them together on April 30th and see what magical partnerships can be created.

We’re going to get a little creative with the format on the night, making sure almost everybody gets to converse with each other and eliminating the sometimes awkward edge of an old-fashioned networking event. So get those business cards printed and put on your best glad rags, it’s time for the very first edition of Talk Shop!
