San Fran’s Thee Oh Sees just keep on trucking. They seem to be constantly touring and releasing records and that might not be just an impression – Mutilator Defeated At Last out in May is their fourteenth album total since 2003.
The psychedelic rock band’s catalogue is so deep, I personally have never delved into all of it – so occasionally I find a tune to dip in and out of. ‘Web’ is one such track – a hazy ’70s psych-rock crystalline cut played by a band who are tighter than a duck’s arsehole. The band are playing their usual gazillion shows at SXSW this month and are on tour in the places below.
