Watch the Motherland music video for MuRli and Kobina’s Ra Gerra song ‘Indecisive’
MuRli and Kobina’s Ra Gerra project announced a debut album New Vessels for July 16th and dropped ‘Indecisive’, a song that finds MuRli in a new intimate singing vocal mood for the rapper.
It’s worth a revisit after the deluge of release day and what better way to do that than to a class music video directed by Motherland’s Peter O’Brien, (P.O.B.).
The clip stars Kwaku Fortune who picks up his different personalities on a car journey.
Fr more on the project’s genesis, check out the No Encore’s podcast’s stand-alone episode to the project or previous track ‘Terrified’.
MuRli says of the album to come:
“This is one of the most organic projects I’ve been a part of. It’s almost like a freestyle album. We had no expectations going into it, other than writing a bit of music together, so there were no rules. I was just laying down whatever came naturally to me wherever I’d find myself writing. There was no specific direction I wanted to go into with this project. I was exploring new ways of writing and performing and this is the result.”
Dublin-born, Amsterdam-based musician and producer Seán Arthur aka Kobina says:
