Win weekend tickets to Spirit Of Folk festival
The Spirit Of Folk Festival is probably your last chance to have a weekend camping festival buzz in Ireland before the year is out (if you’re quick you can get to the Valentina Festival this weekend). Taking place in Dunderry Park, Co Meath from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd September, the festival will feature artists like little xs for eyes, The Cujo Family, Mumblin’ Deaf Ro, Túcan, The Hot Sprockets, Mossy Nolan, Hidden Highways, Spook Of The Thirteenth Lock and Lisa O’Neill. Full list.
If folk doesn’t do it for ya, there’s also spoon carving, archery (at a festival!), astronomy, storytelling and a faerie procession. Why not like? Weekend camping tickets start at €85 and Day tickets cost €45 but I have two tickets to give to someone reading this.
To enter the competition for to win a pair of weekend camping tickets tell me:
Q: What one activity would you like to see at every festival?
Email: [email protected] before next Monday at 2pm with an answer, your name and your address.
CONGRATS TO Phil whose answer was:
Best activity I’ve seen was at Flat Lake a couple years back and that was a Guess The Priest tent where there were a couple people dressed as priests and you had to guess which was the real priest based on asking questions and hymn singing, very Father Ted
GENIUS
