Last year, a London band called The Drink featuring the frontwoman by Galway native Dearbhla Minogue released an album called Company that took inspiration from British ol’ folk and indie-style guitar dynamics.
In November, the followup Capital will be released and the band’s new single ‘No Memory’ reminds me of Broadcast in a very pleasant way.
The Drink are playing Iceland Airwaves this year.
