There will be 18 stages of music, art, theatre, spoken word, comedy, feasts of food, with plenty more hidden gems set in the gorgeous grounds of Curraghmore House, Waterford.
The godfather of punk, Iggy Pop, of the Stooges and of BBC Six Music, a man like no-one else is on the bill, along with the return of the Sugababes (Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan) for their first festival show in 15 years, a Jamie xx show (‘Kill Dem’ is a slowburner but a hit), the return of Caribou and crew, Saint Sister, The Scratch, a delightful addition in Overmono who were great this year in Dublin, hit of Primavera Sound this year Jessie Ware and tasty sets from Lankum, Loyle Carner, and a collaboration between Max Richter & the RTE Concert Orchestra sounding unique.
