And So I Watch You From Afar announce new album Jettison
And So I Watch You From Afar have announced their forthcoming album, billed as a multimedia release.
Jettison will be released on February 18th 2022 and promises 40 minutes of “sonic exploration spread across nine distinct parts,” and will be accompanied by visual accompaniment by artist Sam Wiehl.
The album was conceived by And So I Watch You From Afar’s guitarist Rory Friers and brought to life by the band and orchestrator Connor O’Boyle along with strings by The Arco String Quartet and spoken word by Emma Ruth Rundle and Neil Fallon throughout.
Today, you can hear ‘I Dive Pt1’ featuring Emma Ruth Rundle, and ‘II Dive Pt2’, the opening tracks from Jettison, two different strands of this version of ASWIYFA.
Jettison has previously been performed live on October at The Queen Elizabeth Hall at London’s Southbank Centre with with visuals by Wiehl.
