Lower Dens, Fennesz, Clark, Purity Ring & Doldrums for Irish shows
Among the gig announcements circulating today:
- Lower Dens are back here post their Forbidden Fruit show in December – Belfast (14th, Auntie Annie’s), Dublin (15th, The Grand Social) and Cork (16th, Cork Opera House). Tickets for Dublin are €16 plus fees. Tickets on sale Friday.
- Purity Ring are also back after that festival appearance with a show in Button Factory on November 29th. Doldrums support so looking forward to seeing them in a proper venue. Tickets €17.50 plus fees.
- Jim also has the Static October Bank Holiday weekend lineup with oOOoOO, Clark, Hype Williams, Sparks, Ital, Prince Fatty, Hollie Cook, Jacques Greene, Django Django,MMOTHS, Young Wonder, Awesome Tapes from Africa, Sunken Foal, Forrests and Subaltern. Full details.
- Also, ambient electronic musician Fennesz will play the Unitarian Church on Saturday October 20th with support from Cian Nugent, Withering Zithering & visuals by Donal Dineen.
