A Dublin city happening that we wanted to draw your attention to.
Irish parenting info hub Dublin City Mum has teamed up with Frolo (an app designed to link single parents up through shared activities – not a dating service?!?) and Bodytonic to host Single Parents Rave in Wigwam on November 23rd.
The pitch is relatively simple, so explains Dublin City Mum founder Avril White – “Being a single parent can be pretty isolating, especially on weekends when everyone seems to have family plans. So we thought why not take to the dance floor on a Saturday afternoon, let parents dance their hearts out with the kids, have a laugh and make some friends.”
It’ll obviously be a family-friendly affair, taking place at 3 pm on the 23rd. Bring your kid for a boogie.
This event is aimed toward parents with kids aged 0-10.
