Update: Due to the first gig selling out in 48 hours, Future Islands have added another Dublin gig on Monday November 3rd.
Tickets on sale Monday April 28th @ 9am priced €20 (including booking fee) from www.ticketmaster.ie & outlets nationwide.
Irish audiences are more familiar than most with Future Islands, thanks to numerous gigs courtesy of Foggy Notions over the years. But the band have blown up rightly, thanks to that Letterman performance and their best album yet, recent album of the week, Singles. I saw them at SXSW and they were the best thing in Texas.
The band have been lined up to play Vicar Street on Sunday November 2nd courtesy of Harmonic. Tickets are on sale tomorrow for €20 plus fee.
