Have a refreshing dip in the Irish sea with Rain On Tent’s ‘Kindness’ video

Rain On Tent is an ambient project from songwriter and composer Kevin McNamara who works as a music therapist in mental health, dementia care and acquired brain injury.

I featured one of the tracks from his newest EP ‘Let’s Go For A Walk’ in Irish tracks a while ago.

Each song from the EP has a accompanying video by Chromatic’s Kieran Sherry Sheridan which pairs a song with a place in the natural world – forest and sea.

Now would be a good time to take a moment to have an audio-visual meditation to ‘Kindness’ which points its camera at Ireland’s increasingly popular sea-swimming pastime.
