Touted as a Gen Z icon, beabadoobee’s second album proceeds shows in Dublin and Belfast this October.
Interpol – The Other Side of Make-Believe
Seventh album from the NYC indie-rock trio. ‘Gran Hotel’
Lil Silva – Yesterday Is Heavy
Hard to believe this is the UK producer’s first album, but the guestlist of Little Dragon, Badbadnotgood, Skiifall, Sampha and Charlotte Day Wilson shows you his influence. ‘Another Sketch’
Steve Lacy – Gemini Rights
The Internet producer and guitarist Lacy follows up his acclaimed debut Apollo XXI. ‘Sunshine’ feat. Foushee.
Superorganism – World Wide Pop
Fizzy globe-straddling pop band release second album of fizz. Features Stephen Malkmus, CHAI, Pi Ja Ma, Dylan Cartlidge and legendary musician and actor Gen Hoshino. ‘On & On’
Mabel – About Last Night…
UK pop singer and daughter of Neneh Cherry’s second album.
Sean Carpio – Waves of a Present
Dublin-based multi-instrumentalist’s debut album on vinyl-only Irish label Ten Spot Records. ‘Ancestral Love’ / Watch: Sean Carpio perform @ The Temple on Dublin’s coast for Chromatic
On Man – On Man
London-based leftfield pop producer’s debut album on Houndstooth. Previously collaborated with Giggs, Zebra Katz and Mr Hudson.
Kode9 – Escapology
Kode9’s first album since 2015’s ‘Nothing’ – is the first audio document of a wider project, Astro-Darien, ongoing since last year. Escapology is the soundtrack album to the sonic fiction Astro-Darien, which will be released in October on Hyperdub’s sub-label Flatlines. Bandcamp.
Working Men’s Club – Fear Fear
Second album from alternative electro UK band. ‘Widow’
CASSIA – Why You Lacking Energy?
Indie band from Macclesfield. ’16-18′
Pye Corner Audio – Let’s Emerge!
Dark synthwave and retro-futuristic sci-fi producer’s new album.
Indian Wells – No One Really Listens To Oscillators
Italian producer Pietro Iannuzzi ‘s The nine track album on Max Cooper’s Mesh imprint. Tackling issues of a sense of incompleteness and societal conformities. ‘Four Walls’.
Maurice Anthony Moran – Why does my mind do this?
