10. Oceaán – ‘Veritas’

Keep an eye on Oliver Cean. The young English producer hasn’t quite hit on his own sound yet in my opinion but what he has been releasing suggests he is finding a niche in song-writing lead electronic sonics. His new EP The Grip is out in mid-November an ‘Veritas’ is the most immediate cut from it.
Niall Byrne is the founder of the most-influential Irish music site Nialler9, where he has been writing about music since 2005. He is the co-host of the Nialler9 Podcast and has written for the Irish Times, Irish Independent, Sunday Times, Totally Dublin, Cara Magazine, Red Bull and more.
