Glasshouse Ensemble, who have reimagined the music of Sufjan, Bon Iver and more over the last few years, are a talented collective of musicians with a rotating cast of singers who have performed at Irish festivals like All Together Now and Forbidden Fruit and who we teamed up with a couple of years ago on two special Sufjan gigs in the Douglas Hyde Gallery.
Minnie Riperton’s ‘Les Fleurs’ is a 1970s classic, a flourishing beautiful song that blooms like its lyrics and now, Glasshouse has put their own spin on it. Watch the video recorded at home, with appearances from Rachael Lavelle, Aoife McCann of AE MAK, Caoimhe Barry of Wyvern Lingo, Dylan Lynch (Soda Blonde), Theo Byrne (James Vincent McMorrow), Ryan Hargadon and more. Full cast and crew below, along with the original.
