Villagers announce summertime Iveagh Gardens gig

Surely the perfect gig for a sunny summers day.

Fresh off the release of the superb The Art Of Pretending To Swim and a headline set at Metropolis, Villagers have announced a gig in Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens on July 12th, 2019.

It’s easy to imagine the sunbathed surrounds of Iveagh Gardens being the ideal setting for Cormac O’Brien’s insightful and nuanced brand of folk music.

Support on the night will come from Aldous Harding, the New Zealand native and folk artist.

Tickets for the gig at €39+ go on sale this Thursday on the Ticketmaster site.
