Mount Kimbie – ‘Blood & Form’ (Generic People remix)


Cork dance act Generic People whose members are iProv & Ant along with new member Ronin have turned in a nine-minute rework of Mount Kimbie’s ‘Blood & Form’ from one of my favourite albums of the year Cold Spring Fault Less Youth.

The original was a woozy lo-fi cut and the Cork band have reworked it for a dancefloor putting some funk and electro production to the track. Mount Kimbie are playing Button Factory on Saturday night and it’s SOLD OUT.
