Trad For Willie: a night of music to celebrate the life of Willie Meighan

TradFest 2018 is hosting Trad For Wilie, a night that will celebrate the life and legacy of legendary Kilkenny man and the owner of Rollercoaster Records for 27 years Willie Meighan who passed away late last year.

The night will take place at Ryan’s Bar, Kilkenny on Thursday, March 15th and will feature music led by Kilkenny folk-rock group Whisker’s of Lichen. Admission is free.

Five-piece neo-Irish band Moxie at Set Theatre Kilkenny on Friday, March 16th. Tickets priced at €15 are available from Kilkennytradfest.com.

Ye Vagabonds at Cleeres Bar and Theatre, Kilkenny on Friday March 16th. Tickets priced at €10 are available from Kilkennytradfest.com.

Finbar Furey at St. Canice’s Cathedral, Kilkenny on Friday, March 16th. Tickets priced at €30 are available from Kilkennytradfest.com.
