Watch: Molly Sterling gives a powerful live rendition of 'Stripped Down'

The artist performs at this year’s HWCH at the Grand Social on Saturday night.

Molly Sterling, singer-songwriter and Dublin native, has found much acclaim this year following the release of her two singles ‘Plain Static’ and ‘Stripped Down’.

The latter was premiered on the site recently and though we usually don’t usually feature live performances, we couldn’t resist sharing this particular performance with you.

Sterling’s songcraft is superb, championing a sound that is brooding and apocalyptic. Filmed and directed by DOCK visuals, this live recording showcases all of Sterling’s best qualities as an artist. It’s tense, harrowing and hauntingly beautiful.

Sterling is performing at this year’s HWCH on Saturday night at the Grand Social, for some details on the gig and an introduction to the artist herself check out our 9 new artists to catch at HWCH article.
