3. Floating Points – ‘Nuits Sonore’

Floating Points’ newest release takes a while to get going but that time is necessary to make a slow build like ‘Nuits Sonore’ count. It bumbles along at a jazzy–electronic bumble for a few minutes. The synths grow into the track, and four and a half minutes in the beat drops, and we’re on course for a near twelve minute excursion and a masterclass of production. Out now on 12″/Bandcamp.
