Nialler9’s Best of 2012: Remixes of the year
There has only ever been one clear number one for me in terms of remixes this year. It’s a track which slayed dancefloors from Dublin to Barcelona to Novi Sad. As ever, Four Tet has his hand in the pot and could have had a few more were it not for good showings from Friends Of Friends with Lol Boys and Shlohmo, Goodtime’s remix project, Kanye’s ‘Mercy’ doing the remix business, Nicolas Jaar, Jape, Young Wonder, Bantum and Hudson Mohawke.
